Fancy being in the video for the new Courteeners single?
The Courteeners, who have caused a bit of an A&R frenzy, and signed to Loog/A&M (home to The Horrors) and are shooting the video for their single Acrylic tomorrow night. So what? Well, they’ve extended an open invitation to everyone to come along to be in the video.
The band themselves say “Come down for our video shoot/free gig in Manchester, tomorrow! We’re filming the video for our very smart new single Acrylic (out 22nd October) tomorrow night (Wednesday 19th September) at class new Manchester city centre venue Ruby Lounge – www.myspace.com/therubylounge.”
The Ruby Lounge is on High Street, opposite Manchester’s Arndale in the city centre and you’ll be able to watch them play a proper gig and it’ll be filmed where “you can drink and dance ‘n’ stuff like that.” Doors are at 7.30pm and we’ll be on about 9.30pm. You’re best getting there early (over 18′s only).
