I should clarify – that’s gay as in gay, not gay as in happy or gay as in rubbish. Got that? Well, SameSame.com.au, a gay and lesbian community website, is running a poll to find out the most homosexual piece of recorded music in history.
Now, I am tempted to get on my high horse here and restate that music should not be assigned a sexuality, or a gender, or a race, any more than films, books or paintings. But I guess that would mark me out as a humourless arse.
