T4 On The Beach acts announced. The good: Robyn. The bad: Scouting For Girls
Further proof that the spheres of pop and “alternative” music are merging together in some kind of musical Venn diagram comes with the announcement of the line-up for this year’s T4 On The Beach.
This year’s event will take place in Weston-super-Mare on 20th July, and will feature performances from – on pop’s good side – Robyn, The Feeling and Lightspeed Champion. Representing the side of evil guitar pop, we have two of the most irritating acts out there today, The Hoosiers and Scouting For Girls.
The shindig will be hosted by usual C4/E4 personalities Steve Jones, Alexa Chung, Miquita Oliver and Rick Edwards.
