Clearly anticipating a reduced number of physical CD sales, the band are also releasing some mad box set affair in a bid for your bucks:
It features:
- FOUR heavyweight 12″ vinyl discs (all by Oasis)
- TWO CDs (at least one of which is likely to be by Oasis)
- ONE DVD (might be Oasis-related, might be The Mighty Ducks, hard to tell at this point)
- ONE hardback book (probably not an Angela Carter)
- ONE embossed hardback box (likely to feature some Oasis branding, I’d have thought)
Apparently “this is the only way to get the album and the complete set of all 9 bonus songs, remixes and films that were recorded during the album sessions”, which, as blackmail goes, is quite nice I suppose.
