Babyshambles drummer in “talented” shocker
I always assumed the other Babyshambles fellas were, like their singer, dirty-fingernailed slurrers. Traditionally, dirty-fingernailed slurrers roam in packs, see.
However, this new track from the band’s drummer Adam Ficek suggests all kinds of otherwise. Hurrah for clean fingernails!(?!)
He’s going under the moniker Roses Kings Castles, and “Horses” was released into the digital ether on 8th December. If you can find somewhere that sells CD singles, you can buy a physical version this week. It’s a pretty little autumnal number which makes me want to eat hot chunky soup and recline on my sofa, and not just because it was the office party last night.
You can hear more Roses Kings Castles stuff at MySpace, where you’ll also find info on live dates he’ll be doing in early 2009.
