OK, we’ll let Flesh-N-Bone off because I think he was in the clink at the time, but the rest of the Bones are being straight up suified for allegedly not showing up for a performance in Washington last year.
The law suit has been brought by a basketball team, with some people called the Jazz of Tacoma claiming that Bone Thugs-N-Harmony:
- RECEIVED payment for their scheduled performance in April 2007
- DONE a runner
I’m not sure what “injunctive relief” is, but the Jazz are after a bit of that, alongside $280,000 compensation.

In other Bone-related news, the guys are encouraging what fans they have left to call a number at their studio in New York to leave a message. “Samplings of messages” will then be used on one of their new tracks, “Thugs ‘n blood”, which will appear on their new album.
Now, I’m not up on premium-rate numbers in the States, but a quick Google leads me to believe that this number at Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s studio is just a regular one. Guys, guys, guys, where’s you entrepreneurial spirit? You could be ripping off thousands of fans between now and the deadline in January, and putting the proceeds towards your legal fees.
