The Killers join Duran Duran onstage in Las Vegas for “Planet Earth”

It’s not always a good idea for more recently-crowned rock stars to collaborate with the bands that inspired them way back when. Billy Corgan didn’t bring a whole lot to New Order’s table, did he? But look at it from their point of view: how could you turn down the chance to perform with your hero?
Which brings us to The Killers’ recent appearance onstage with Duran Duran in Las Vegas. Brandon and one or other of the Killersblokes popped up (shorn of that bloody beard) during the encore performance of “Planet Earth”. Check it out over the page - do you think it works?
