From that Lynx Bullet ad: The Seeds’ “Can’t Seem To Make You Mine”

Video, Where Have I Heard That Song Before?

Thank flip for TVAdMusic.co.uk, who helpfully compile songs from TV adverts so people like me can, er, copy them on occasion. Thanks to them I finally know the song from that Lynx Bullet ad with the chap parading around the supermarche in his underpants.

It’s called “Can’t Seem To Make You Mine”, and it’s by cult 60s garage rock types The Seeds. Here’s a performance of it from The Olden Days, in which singer Sky Saxon rocks a bowl cut and tambourine combo with considerably more panache than modern-day practitioners.
