Watch Derek Meins play a caravan before his upcoming Levi’s OnesToWatch show

It’s quite the thing to be filmed performing in unusual settings these days, what with The Black Cab Sessions and… stuff. So I was interested to find this wittle viddy of indie singer/poet nutter Derek Meins (left, click image to enlarge) performing “Oh You Pretty Woman” from his current album The Famous Poet.
It takes place in a caravan, with Derek accompanied by Jont and Arthur as the vehicle travels through Berwick-Upon-Tweed. See? Life on the road is glamorous!

Meins will be performing at the too-trendy-for-Wendy Old Blue Last tomorrow night, Wednesday 8th October, should you care to check him out. Apparently during one of his numbers he replicates Meg Ryans’s monstrous fake orgasm from When Harry Met Sally, which should be interesting/messy depending on the level of fakery involved.
Supporting Meins on the date, which is part of the October Levi’s OnesToWatch tour, will be Josh Weller and La Shark.
