Well, that’s the full heralding of a new release for the new Spiritualized album. That fanfare-laden tidbit is from the official site. Nice to see Spiritualized as mysterious as ever… Via MySpace, the follow-up to 2003’s Amazing Grace (and, if you’re a pedant, 2004’s Complete Works Vol. 2) will land like a UFO on the 19th of May which will mean more touring of the world.
Spiritualized were recently confirmed for this year’s Coachella festival in the US and it’s still unclear as to whether we’ll see a full band sonic assault or one of those gorgeous acoustic mainline sets. Here’s hoping for full tilt psychedelic rock ‘n’ roll! [via DiS]
