Introducing Gary Go and his amusingly-written MySpace page

Music News, Up-And-Coming Acts

Gary Go, whether you like it or not, is probably going to be this year’s Damien Rice/James Blunt/singer-songwriter of choice for women who “source” rather than “buy” cheese. From farmers’ markets. Accordingly, this is the last piece of coverage he will receive on this website.
This coverage will consist of this sentence which has a little snigger at his name. And also the below sentences, which snigger at his unintentionally amusing MySpace bio (presumably written by Gary).

Gary recorded his album partly in “NYC (a.k.a ‘the big apple’)”, before continuing with sessions in “Woodstock (upstate New York) and Manhattan (’the big apple’)”.
Wait - does New York have a nickname of some kind? Something to do with fruit?
After that he “was then told about a studio in the mystical city of Prague, so I set out there from London in my car.” Fortunately he found it, and “the album took shape (what exact shape I am not sure - maybe the shape of a Pear!!)”.
Aw, Gary dun a funny!
At this point he comes across as quite sweet really, but you wait until he’s been number one for six weeks. He’s supporting The Script, for goodness’ sake, and sounds rather like Chris Martin covering them.
It would be a very unfair person who pointed out that his album cover is all cool and graphic-y due to the fact that in real life Gary resembles a media creative running late for a job interview:

Anything else to add, Gary? “The song “Wonderful” from the album will be released this month..FEBRUARY 16th to be precise!!!”
!!! Something tells me if Gary makes it big his MySpace might get a bit of a rewrite.
