Bono and Bedingfield want to Spice Up Their Lives, apparently

What IS it with the Spice Girls? True, they were rather successful during the nineties and sold a few records. But the comeback has ballooned into something monstrous.
Yesterday, tickets for their comeback tour sold out in 38 seconds. Quite how you get that many people through on the phones and online AND successfully take their card details in under a minute is a mystery (and I wish someone would share it with the majority of ticket sales websites) but hey ho, I’m just picking.
Now the big names are queuing up to jettison their credibility… errm, I mean collaborate with Posh, Ginger, Scary, Sporty and Baby. First Natasha Bedingfield revealed she wanted to write for their comeback – although she did understandably want to stay as Invisible Spice.
Now U2 frontman and part-time medal winner Bono has joined the party. Digital Spy say he will help write their Greatest Hits album because the girls are worried about knowing what the public want and Bono likes a challenge. Hmmm. Who next, Jacko?
