Tennent's Vital adds Albert Hammond Jr to the billing

More acts have been confirmed for the two-day festival Tennent's Vital, which takes place this year at the new location of Belfast’s Ormeau Park on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd August.

Joining Razorlight and Manic Street Preachers on the Tuesday will be The View, while Mark Ronson and Albert Hammond Jr will both perform on the Wednesday, alongside Kasabian and The Killers.

Tickets are on sale now priced at £70 for both days or £38 for either day, and can be bought here.

Jack White warms up for 02 Wireless festival with impromptu show

How come I never find myself in the club when an international rock star just happens to pop in and play a few numbers? Jack White is the latest to do the "secret impromptu show" thing, as reported by NME last week. White and his ex-wife / sister / nan Meg will play their first official UK date on their European tour at the London part of the O2 / Wireless festival on June 14th, with a show at the Leeds version the next day.
