Hyde Park Calling "reviews" - were Aerosmith and Crowded House the only bands there?

aerosmith.gifIn the absence of much in the way of comprehensive reviews, the best story to emerge from Hyde Park Calling may be Crowded House vocalist Neil Finn verbally abusing a a sign language interpreter. And they always seemed like such nice boys. OK, it was all a hilarious misunderstanding and Finny apologised from the stage later on. I feel cheated of a story.

Hard Rock Cafe presents Hyde Park Calling: Aerosmith, Peter Gabriel and Crowded House headline

aerosmith.gifA week after O2 Wireless has shaken Hyde Park to its core (maybe), it's Hard Rock Cafe's turn to sponsor a central London music extravaganza (at least there's a vague musical connection there, eh?). Like O2 Wireless, it's a no-camping affair, so you won't need to worry about waking up in the mud (unless you consume too many brewskis).
