Snoop Dogg and Lindsay Lohan to collaborate on some drug-related crime her new album
Well this is a teaming we've been waiting a while for, isn't it? Ex-jailbird Snoop Dogg and ex-jailbird Lindsay Lohan are apparently going to make some beautiful/excruciating music on her second album.
Yes, second. What, you don't remember her first attempt at music stardom, A Little More Personal? Well don't sweat it, neither does she (badoom-tish). Snoop isn't the only one drawn to the challenge of parlaying La Lohan's ubiquitous profile into pop perfection, either - other stars on her new project will include Timbaland and Pharrell Williams and Calum Best.
Blimey, there must be a lot of money behind this project, especially when you consider that her first album was a pretty dismal failure. Guess she has a lot more to write about this time around, mind you. But whereas, if I remember rightly, her first album was Linda Perry-influenced radio-friendly pop-rock, the personnel on album number two suggest a more "urban" direction.
Oh hang on, does this mean it's going to be full of "sassy", defiant, why-you-all-looking-at-me cliches? Sigh. OK then, but I'm going to have to demand at least one shambolic live performance.
