Cast your votes: Have Wu-Tang Clan murdered the Beatles' "While My Guitar Gently weeps"?

You know Wu-Tang Clan, right? They've nicked a bit of the Beatles' "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and turned it into "While The Heart Gently Weeps". Have a listen below - what do you think? Is this sampling culture one step too far (despite it being an "interpolation", not a sample)? Or are Beatles songs fair game? VOTE! VOTE NOW!

the only reason you don't hear beatles samples all day on everything is because they won't clear anything - not because it is 'a step too far'! the wu tried to claim this as the first beatles sample but it is george harrrison's son replaying it -clevah!
this sounds like cobbled together nonsense and would be even worse if they hadn't managed to rope in Badu for the chorus.

i prefer talib kweli's -lonely people - but it ended up coming out without the sample.

bye
