More Electric Proms announcements – Chemical Brothers & Ray Davies

The BBC have announced more big name acts for their forthcoming second year of Electric Proms. Metro reports The Chemical Brothers and Kinks star Ray Davies have been brought in – Davies for finale night. The eclectic festival sees stars doing unusual performances and duets that differ from the norm. Last year’s debut saw Amy Winehouse, Basement Jaxx and The Good, The Bad and The Queen perform.

The new line-up announcements join Mark Ronson, the Kaiser Chiefs, Jamie Cullum and Sir Paul McCartney on the bill, as MCT previously reported. More acts will be announced in the coming weeks. The five day Camden festival starts next month and full info and tickets are available on the official website.
